1. Strategy & Concept

Rebranding cultural institutions required a careful balance between modernization and heritage preservation, ensuring the project respected institutional identities while making them more accessible to contemporary audiences. I developed a content strategy that included documenting the transformation process, highlighting cross-border collaborations, and creating engaging materials for both social media and the official website.

2. Execution

I traveled with the team across, capturing key moments through photography and written content. As the lead content creator, I produced website copy, reports, and social media posts, ensuring all materials met European Commission guidelines and strict deadlines. Additionally, I worked closely with MUCEUM (France) and other partners to present the project on an international stage.

3. Results & Impact

the project successfully delivered a full-scale rebranding for four institutions, aligning with European cultural funding expectations. The website became a high-quality digital archive showcasing the project's progress, and the content created was used for official EU reporting and presentations. The project’s structured execution demonstrated the ability to navigate complex cultural initiatives while meeting international standards.
